Hello All,
Just got my surgery date: May 5th 2009. Strange that I'm voluntarily putting myself through this again, but the fact that I'll be better off makes it worth it. I don't have time to think about it right now, but once I have an idea of how to grasp this and how to plan for it, I will write again.
Have a great weekend, off to make Jambalaya with some of our youth group students!

Just did the math.... 10 weeks and 3 days. Guess its time to start the countdown again, eh? :)

Acy, the second one is better than the first because now you will know what to expect. The uncertainty of such a major surgery makes the first so hard, but for me the second has been a piece of cake because I knew what to expect. You know what pains are normal, you know what you can and can't do, and you know you can do some taking care of you rdaughter. That should help with the next one.
